Symptom Questionnaire:
- COVID 19 Symptom Screening and a “green” pass is required for entry for all.
Parking:
- Graduate students and community clients will utilize street parking (per typical process)
Students:
- Only graduate students, enrolled in a SJU Center training course, will be permitted access to the Center during the initial reopening phases (unless student is an identified client of our services and meets clinical criteria).
PPE:
- Clients, students, and staff must adhere to recommendations regarding proper PPE. A mask is required for Center access.
Cleaning:
- Frequent cleaning of high touch/utilized areas of the Center using disinfecting products.
Entry Procedure:
- Access the Center through the main Center door at your session time. Show staff your COVID 19 Symptom Screening “green” pass. Wait to be buzzed into the Center.
- All must wear a mask during your time at the Center (you will not be permitted access without one).
- Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet at all times when at the Center.
- Waiting Room will not be utilized
- We ask that you keep your movement around the Center to a minimum. Please remain in your scheduled area as much as possible.
STAGE I
Our initial phase of reopening will begin on 6/24/20 and allow for a small and scheduled group of students to access the Center to address clinical administrative matters.
Staffing: One staff member/administrator to be on-site during graduate student access. Center phones and email account ([email protected]) continue to be monitored during the Center’s typical business hours, which are:
Monday-Thursday: 10:30am-9pm
Friday: 10am-6pm
Access Appointments: All Center access must be scheduled in advance. Appointments will be staggered to minimize overall.
Supervision: Continues remotely
Research Meetings: Continues remotely as necessary
STAGE II
The second phase of reopening will begin on or around 7/20/20 and will allow for continued graduate student access of the Center for administrative functions and a small number of clinical appointments, with approval.
Staffing: Staff and administrators to access the Center via teams to minimize staff overlap. One staff member & administrator to be on-site during graduate student and client access. On-site coverage max of two days/week. Team not scheduled for on-site coverage will work remotely. All staff will work remotely on Fridays during this stage.
Graduate Students: Specific graduate students may continue to access the Center via staggered appointments. Graduate students may request client access (with supervisor support) by submitting request to Center administration.
Clients: Client will be required to complete Consent to Return to In-Person Services and related documentation as well as the COVID 19 Symptom Screening for Center access.
Access Appointments: All Center access must be scheduled in advance. Appointments will be staggered to minimize overlap.
Supervision: Continues remotely
Research Meetings: Continues remotely as necessary
STAGE III
The third phase of Center reopening is proposed to being on or around 9/1/20 (with possibility of revision based on guidance from CDC/local agencies) to allow for continued graduate student access for administrative tasks and the extension of clinical contact for clients who meet specific clinical criteria.
Staffing: Staff and administrators to access the Center via teams to minimize staff overlap. One staff member & administrator to be on-site during graduate student and client access. On-site coverage max of four days/week. Team not scheduled for on-site coverage will work remotely.
Graduate Students: Graduate students may continue to access the Center via staggered appointments. Graduate students may request client access (with supervisor support) by submitting request to Center administration.
