Dr. Roveland-Brenton is Associate Dean of University Libraries, University Archivist, and head of Special Collections, Preservation, and the Chin Ying Asian Library. She is the subject selector for anthropology and archaeology, art and design, and archival and museum studies. She provides instructional sessions using material from archives, special collections, and the Asian art and library collections. She is committed to promoting the University’s distinctive collections for student and scholarly research through digitization, exhibitions, social media, and presentations. Dr. Roveland-Brenton teaches graduate classes on archives, special collections librarianship and the history of the book in the Division of Library and Information Science and is the coordinator of graduate assistantships for the University Libraries.
