Bankruptcy Procedure Syllabus
Bankruptcy Procedure will explore the rules and policies that provide the procedural foundation for administration of bankruptcy cases by the federal courts. These rules are primarily found in the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure (“FRBP”) and the Bankruptcy Code.
We will explore a variety of issues, ranging from how to commence an involuntary bankruptcy case to how to appeal from a bankruptcy or district court decision. This course will help you to master procedural issues and reach a more sophisticated level of bankruptcy practice.
