For the first time in program history, the St. John’s women’s tennis team sits atop of the conference as the top-seeded Johnnies defeated No. 2 seed DePaul, 4-2, to win the 2018 BIG EAST Women’s Tennis Championships on Sunday.
Support for St. John’s special mission was unmistakable during the spring semester, as a mix of alumni, trustees, students, faculty, administrators, parents, and friends of the University attended three unique events that benefited student scholarships and academic programs.
On the third and final day of the 2018 MLB Draft, five members of the St. John’s baseball program heard their names called by professional outfits, bringing the team’s total to six on the year and tying a school record.
