Graduate Assistantship and Doctoral Fellowship Position Descriptions:

PHS Teaching Fellows (TF): are awarded to Ph.D. students in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Department. Currently, the PHS Teaching Fellow is responsible for teaching undergraduate Laboratory courses as assigned for the semester. Responsibilities include teaching and preparing for the labs, writing quizzes and exams, proctoring exams and participating in lab meetings and lab training. Teaching fellows must also provide regular office hours for their students each week.  Teaching fellows are required to have LATA training and a Certificate of Fitness.

PHS Graduate Assistants (GA): are awarded to graduate students in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Department.Currently, GAs assist the teaching fellows with teaching the lab course. Responsibilities include assisting the students with lab techniques, preparing for the labs, proctoring exams and participating in lab meetings and lab training. GAs are required to have LATA training and a Certificate of Fitness. 

PAH Graduate Assistants (GAs): are awarded to graduate students in the Department of Pharmacy Administration and Allied Health Sciences.   Currently, GAs assist the teaching fellows with teaching the lab course . Responsibilities include assisting the students with lab techniques, preparing for the labs, proctoring exams and participating in lab meetings and lab trainings. GAs are required to have LATA training and a Certificate of Fitness.
