Enrollment Deadlines

Deadline to file your FAFSA: as soon as possible if you want to be considered for financial aid

Deadline to submit your enrollment and housing deposit: May 1, 2018. To pay your non-refundable $300 enrollment deposit online using a credit card via University Information System (UIS):

  • Note your User ID (XNumber on your admit letter, X is capital) and PIN (your birthday in six digits: February 3, 1992 is 020392).
  • Login and select Student > New Student Information > Admissions > Admission Deposits, then click the link to the deposit you wish to pay. From there, click Deposits and eDeposits on the toolbar to make the payment.
  • You will be asked to change your password.  Be sure to remember your password so you can access UIS regularly.

Already paid your enrollment deposit? Download the New Student Guide to Enrollment for Fall 2018 (coming soon), or visit stjohns.edu/NewStudent for more enrollment information.

  • Medical forms are due May 15, 2018
  • Official SAT/ACT test scores (if applicable) are due May 15, 2018
  • Final, official high school transcript (with date of graduation) is due July 15, 2018

Accepted Student Day

Accepted Student Day is the event of the spring season here at St. John’s. Accepted students and their families will spend the day on campus and have the opportunity to speak with professors and future classmates, as well as tour campus and discover our many academic and social opportunities!

Financial Aid Planning Sessions gives you the opportunity to discuss how we can help make attending a leading Catholic university like St. John's even more within your financial reach. We will address award offers, financing options, and how to approach federal loans.

Accepted Student Shadow Days and Overnight Shadow Events

Shadow Days and Overnight Shadow Days provide accepted students with the opportunity to spend the day on campus and see what a day in the life of a Johnny is really like! You'll attend class, eat in the dining hall, and spend time with current students within your major. Overnight Shadow Days will also include an evening campus event and the opportunity to spend the night in the Residence Village. Students who plan to commute are encouraged to register for a Shadow Day, and students who plan to live on campus are encouraged to register for an Overnight Shadow Day Event.
