Psi Chi National Honor Society

Psi Chi is the National Honor Society in Psychology, founded in 1929 for the purposes of encouraging, stimulating, and maintaining excellence in scholarship, and advancing the science of psychology.

Membership is open to graduate and undergraduate men and women who are making the study of psychology one of their major interests, and who meet the minimum qualifications. For more information, visit the Psi Chi official website – The National Honor Society in Psychology.

Past events with Psi Chi have included, but haven’t been limited to: general body meetings, resume building workshops with the Career Center, holiday bake sales and other fundraisers, participation in the fall and spring activities fairs, research opportunities, participation in Relay for Life, trip to the Bodies Exhibit, brown bag luncheons, Kaplan practice courses (GRE sessions), participation in the October breast cancer walk, getting into graduate school workshops, Brain Awareness Week, graduate student luncheons, professors luncheons, and the spring induction ceremony.
