The M.B.A. with concentrations in Real Estate and Real Estate Finance is designed to deliver the knowledge, skills, and technical competencies specific to the real estate industry, and to provide a comprehensive foundation in the financial, management and operational aspects of a career in the real estate industry. Graduates will gain an understanding of the fluctuating real estate market and differentiate themselves from their peers in this competitive industry. Along with small, engaging classes led by top-tier faculty, the program incorporates experiential learning and a multitude of opportunities for students to interact with industry leaders. All students must have, as a minimum academic credential, the equivalent of a United States' bachelor's degree and demonstrated competency in pre-calculus mathematics and basic computer use. Students are evaluated based on their undergraduate academic performance, score on the GMAT, professional accomplishments, letters of recommendation, statements of professional goals and other materials which the candidate may wish to share with the Admissions Committee.
