The combined Master of Science (M.S.) program in Pharmacy and Library and Information Science will provide you with the necessary expertise for a career in pharmaceutical libraries, such as those in research facilities, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies. You complete a total of 57 credits, including 24 credits in Library and Information Science, 21 credits in Pharmacy, and 12 elective credits.

You must meet the requirements of admission to both master’s programs. This includes a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a major in pharmacy or in one of the physical, chemical, or biological sciences. A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 is required to indicate ability for advanced degree work.
