Focusing on the area of instructional leadership, Dr. Bloom completed his doctoral studies at St. John’s University in May of 2013. In the summer of 2015, Dr. Bloom began teaching in the Department of Administrative and Instructional Leadership at St. John’s University. Dr. Bloom is a specialist in the areas of administration, supervision, curriculum, instructional leadership, facilities management, budget development, brand marketing of schools, public relations, and community partnerships. Over the years, Dr. Bloom has published several articles about the methodology of learning styles and the benefits in engaging the middle-level learner.
