Christine Chim

Associate Professor

After receiving her PharmD, Dr. Chim completed a PGY-1 residency at Northeastern University/Harbor Health Services, Inc. with a focus in geriatrics/ambulatory care. She then served as a Visiting Assistant Clinical Professor at Northeastern University and preceptor for pharmacy students at Lynn Community Health Center in Massachusetts.

Currently, she precepts pharmacy students as an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist and preceptor with the Division of General Internal Medicine at Northwell Health.

She is involved with student mentoring and advising through her memberships in the American Pharmacists Association, Lambda Kappa Sigma International Professional Pharmacy Fraternity, and American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy.

Research Interests and/or Sponsored Projects

Dr. Chim's research interests include pharmacist-run home visits, interprofessional education, and caring for the underserved. She is a  2017-2020 Fellow of the Clinical Scholars national leadership program supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
