Anthony M. Quinn

Assistant Professor
Quinn comes to St. John’s University as an assistant professor, in the Division of Administration and Economics. He has a M.Sc. in Hotel and Tourism Management from the University of Ulster, Belfast, Ireland. He trained with Trusthouse Forte Hotels in London before moving back to Ireland to assume various senior management positions within the industry. Quinn’s research interests focus on foodway analysis and mega or special events and their impact on the host country or region. He was previously an adjunct at NYU, an assistant professor at CUNY and assistant professor at St. John’s from 1998 to 2001.
