COMMENCEMENT REGISTRATION:

Register and purchase academic attire for Commencement, starting Thursday, March 12, 2020. You will receive an e-mail via your St. John's account. 

Confirm your eligibility by visiting your academic dean's office. 

  • Log onto UIS to:
    • Review your transcript for accuracy of grade changes, transfer credits, etc.
    • Update your contact information (home address, e-mail, etc.)
    • Confirm your account has no holds (including parking tickets and library fines)
    • Order your diploma
    • Utilize University Career Services by clicking here.

Rules of Conduct

The Dean of Student Affairs advises graduates that the University will not hesitate to take serious disciplinary actions against students for alcohol abuse, destruction of property or other violations of University policy during graduation activities or the Commencement Exercises.
