Brian T. Crowley is a skilled bankruptcy attorney with a strong practice in all aspects of bankruptcy law including, law clerkships with some of the most revered Bankruptcy Judges in the country, and extensive bankruptcy training at some of the nations top law firms.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of Chapter 7 bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and debtor/creditor rights.  

Crowley has handled a wide range of bankruptcy and related litigation matters, including representing Chapter 7 Panel Trustees, and advising financial and other institutions in a range of sophisticated transactions in the context of Chapter 11 restructurings.  His practice has included the representation of debtors, defendants in preference and fraudulent conveyance actions, secured and unsecured creditors, creditor committees, creditor trusts and liquidating trustees.   

Crowley started practicing in New York at Arent Fox LLP. Prior to that, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Melanie L. Cyganowski, and the Honorable Conrad B. Duberstein, both Chief Judges in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. He also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Arthur J. Gonzalez in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. While there, Crowley assisted in the drafting of judicial memorandum and opinions in the Enron and World Com cases.

Crowley teaches Consumer Bankruptcy.
