The Department of Public Safety received a complaint yesterday that a male forcibly touched a female St. John’s University student as she was shopping inside a local uniform store on 164 Street and 82 Road on Tuesday, January 8, at approximately 3:30 p.m.
The victim was approached by a male employee of the store, who is 69 years of age. The employee offered his assistance to the victim as she was trying on a lab coat. As the male was assisting the victim, he forcibly touched her breast. The victim fled the store and notified the New York City Police Department. The male was arrested yesterday.
