I hope you all are well. As you know, our Johnnies Care Commitment calls for each of us to follow best practices and public health guidelines in order to protect our campus community during the COVID-19 pandemic. We must continue to modify the way we work to keep each other safe.
In furtherance of this commitment, I write to remind you that all gatherings and events must be held virtually. Any request for an exception to this rule requires the written approval of a sector head.
I understand that virtual meetings and gatherings require the use of online technology; the University’s Office of Information Technology (IT) is prepared to support you as necessary. Please utilize the multiple tools available, including Cisco Webex and the Microsoft Teams.
