- Entering and Exiting Queens Campus
Due to the reduction of classes on campus, and to adhere to New York City guidelines regarding COVID-19, the University has made temporary changes when entering and exiting the campus. Please be advised of the following information for Gates 6, 1, and 1B:
- Gate 6 is open 24/7, which includes the walk-in gate. An officer from the Department of Public Safety is assigned at this gate at all times.
- Gate 1 is open for vehicle and pedestrian traffic from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Gate 1B, the pedestrian turnstile gate, is open for pedestrian traffic 24/7. When entering through the turnstile, you must use your StormCard. Your StormCard is not needed to exit.
Directions
When exiting the campus after 7 p.m. from the east side of the campus, enter the employee lot by the School of Law, make a right turn, and proceed up the hill past St. Thomas More Church. After you pass the church, the interior gate arm is raised. This provides access to the rear of St. Albert Hall, where Gate 6 is located. Please see the map here for more information.
