- Employee COVID-19 Health and Wellness Screening
St. John’s University is excited to begin the process of re-opening. As we begin this process, the health and safety of our employees, students and guests is a top priority. To help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and maintain a safe working environment, we are asking that ALL employees, students, and visitors complete daily a COVID-19 Health and Wellness screening before leaving their home and coming to campus.
This quick and simple screening can be completed via SJU’s Mobile App and will help you determine if it is appropriate for you to come to campus. The mobile app is available through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and can be downloaded here. Once the mobile app is downloaded on your phone, you can sign in to the app using your St. John’s email address and password. The COVID-19 Screening will be available under “Resources.”
After you complete the COVID-19 screening you will receive either a “Red” or “Green” day pass via email. A “Red” indicates you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 and SHOULD NOT COME TO CAMPUS and should contact your health care provider. A “Green” day pass indicates you are eligible to come to campus. Only those who receive a “Green” day pass will be granted access to campus. When you arrive on campus through Gate 6, please present this pass to the Department of Public Safety Officer (on your mobile phone or printed in color). If you have questions about this process, please contact the Employee Benefits Office at 718-990-2363.
Please note that this is the first phase of the COVID-19 Health screening process and we will be enhancing the process as we move forward this summer. Updates to this process and the app will be completed to account for the return of students and other constituents to campus.
Thank you for your flexibility and assistance as we begin the re-opening process.
