2018 James and Eileen Christmas Business Plan Competition
February 6, 2018

The submission deadline for the 2018 James and Eileen Christmas Business Plan Competition has been extended until Friday, March 2.

All St. John’s undergraduate and graduate students are invited to submit business plans for the Competition, which will be held on Friday, April 6.

The Competition offers three cash prizes for the top three business plans and three cash prizes for the top three three-minute business plan pitches. The top prize is $5,000.

A business plan not selected to be one of five finalists in the competition may still be selected to take part in the Pitch Event. Ten contestants will be able to pitch their business idea in three minutes and three will win cash prizes.

All submissions require a business plan written by up to five St. John’s students. The Competition’s rules are available here.

Anyone wishing to obtain help in finalizing a plan for the March 2 submission deadline can request a 30-minute consultation with the Competition's director, Professor of Management William D. Reisel, Ph.D., at [email protected].

The James and Eileen Christmas Business Plan Competition and Pitch Event, underwritten by James W. Christmas '70CBA and Eileen Christmas, is hosted by The Peter J. Tobin College of Business and the St. John's University Office of Alumni Relations.
