Nunzia Manuli

Nunziatina A. Manuli ’97MBA was named Vice President and Chief of Staff to the President in July of 2022. She is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the Office of the President, including events, committees, and special initiatives. She works closely with the President and Board of Trustees leadership to provide oversight and coordination of Board and committee meetings and, in September 2023, she was appointed University Secretary. In addition, Ms. Manuli oversees the operations of the Office of University Events and serves as a member of the Senior Management Team. 

Prior to her current role, Ms. Manuli served as the Assistant Vice President for University Events where she provided leadership and strategic direction for presidential and University-wide events, working closely with the President and senior leadership to develop event strategies, scheduling, and programming in support of the goals and priorities of the University. 

Ms. Manuli serves as the chair of various committees and has participated in programs to promote the mission and values of the University. She currently serves as the Chair and Coordinator of the President’s Society Selection Committee, Honorary Degree and Commencement Speaker Committee, and the Commencement Planning Committee. 

She has completed the University’s Vincentian Mission Certificate and Vincentian Mission Institute programs.

She is also an active member in various organizations including the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB), Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors-International, Council for Advancement and Support of Education, North American Association of Commencement Officers, and the Public Relations Society of America Inc.

Ms. Manuli earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Business Administration degree in Executive Management from St. John’s University’s Rome, Italy, Graduate Center.
