Marketing Resources

Marketing and Communications provides the St. John's community with a range of resources for generating promotional content as well as routine communications vehicles for general departmental activities. Please view the options below:

Brand Identity Guide

The Brand Identity Guide (PDF) provides the St. John's community with the details departments need for generating content, graphics, and other items consistent with the University’s new brand identity.

Brand Templates

Administrators and staff may visit SignOn to access and download templates for generating PowerPoint presentations, stationery, letters, memos, and facsimile cover sheets.

Blog Templates

Template headers are available for University-sanctioned blogs. Please contact the liaison within your department or college who will work with your account director for assistance. Only headers will be provided, not layout and design.

E-mail Signature Style Guide

St. John’s asks faculty, staff, and administrators to help strengthen the University’s brand identity by employing a consistent look to their e-mail signatures.

The University has developed a standard e-mail signature that is simple and convenient to use. In addition to the 108 x 41 pixel St. John’s logo—which employees can insert as illustrated below—the signature features specific fonts and organizes personal contact information to ensure consistency across all University messaging.
