Commencement Brunch: Spinach Artichoke Crostinis

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp room temp. cream cheese
  • 1 can artichokes, rinsed and chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper
  • Sourdough bread

Instructions

  1. Heat broiler. Combine cream cheese, artichokes, baby spinach, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes
  2. Lightly toast bread, then spread mixture over. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and broil until golden brown and bubbly, 2 to 3 minutes.
