The University’s policies and procedures that apply to administrators and staff are not intended to create, and do not create, an employment contract or guarantee of continued employment for any employee; nor does anything in any policy or work rule of the University alter the at-will employment relationship between the University and its administrative and staff employees. Both the University and its employees have the right, under the Employment at Will guidelines, to terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or reason.
