By invitation only, the Leadership Development Series is a structured, 18-month program designed to give academic and administrative leaders the opportunity to enhance awareness of their leadership style; deepen relationships across the institution; and strengthen their executive presence, strategic thinking and change management skills. The series consists of eight training workshops, several leadership style assessments, a guest speaker forum, and exposure to an executive internship rotation.
Participation is subject to a formal nomination process and nominees will be selected based on the make-up of the group. Leadership development is most effective when all participants are truly interested in professional development and have shown the capacity to continue to grow. For more information regarding participant criteria and curriculum listing, contact Eileen Caufield, Associate Director of Training and Development, at [email protected] or 718-990-2328.
