For the exclusive use of St. John’s staff, administrators and faculty, the portal is your one-stop resource for jobs – and, perhaps most significant, when you apply through the portal, SJU will know you are already a current employee. Every year, your SJU colleagues are earning promotions and moving into new positions by using the Employee Career Portal to find job vacancies. When you begin your career mobility journey, you will find it is a process of self exploration, discovery, and empowerment.
Use the Portal to:
- View open positions along with job descriptions and requirements
- Automatically identify yourself as an internal applicant
- Simplify the application process and reduce required paperwork
- Instantly review relevant policies, career tips, organization charts, benefits information and more.
To access the portal, log into the University Information System (UIS) directly or MySJU using your St. John’s email address and UIS password; click the “employee” tab at the top of the page and click “job opportunities” on the left hand navigation bar.
