Communication Tools
Whether you are planning a program during the anniversary celebration, or you simply want to help spread the news about the Anniversary, here are some tools to assist you.
These tools are an effective means of communicating and promoting the University's 150th Anniversary.
Email Signature
Download the anniversary logo to include on the bottom of your e-mail signature in recognition of the celebration year.
Anniversary Digital Swag
Celebrate with us and show your pride for St. John's, display print-at-home signs, download wallpaper backgrounds for your devices, and use the digital photo frames and GIPHY stickers on social media.
Anniversary Merchandise
Commemorative 150th Anniversary swag is available for purchase from the University Bookstore starting August 1, 2020 until June 2021. So be sure to grab your anniversary memorabilia while supplies last!
Stationery
Anniversary letterhead and envelopes have been designed for usage between August 1, 2020 and June 1, 2021. To place your order, please contact the Office of Printing and Distribution.
Templates and Resources
Promote the 150th Anniversary and download PowerPoint templates for your presentations and the lyrics of the Alma Mater.
Event Promotion Resources
Various promotional materials have been created for use during the anniversary celebration year. Promotional materials can be reserved by completing the online request form below. The Office of University Events will contact you to confirm availability. Items must be picked up in advance and returned to the Office of University Events. Items are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Items include:
- 2’ x 3’ Podium Banner
- 5’ x 3’ Celebrating 150 Years Banner
- 6.5’ x 3’ Retractable Banner including built-in stand
- 10’ x 8’ Step and Repeat Banner including built-in stand
- Oval Stage Sign requiring facilities assistance to setup
- 20' x 14' Inflatable Archway with Banner requiring facilities assistance to setup
Please note that your department will be charged for recovery costs in the event that items are lost or returned damaged.

Archiving Event Materials
Help the University Archives capture history! We ask that copies of anniversary materials be sent to the University Archives, St. Augustine Hall, Room B20. Or contact the office at [email protected] or 718-990-1465 for more information.
Relevant items may include printed materials (up to 3 copies each) and/or digital copies of photographs, video, audio, programs, invitations, tickets, flyers, scripts, speeches, guest lists, newsletters, newspaper articles, and other publicity. Medals, pins, giveaways, and other memorabilia, key planning documents, correspondence, schedules, etc.
