About the Presentation
In Kerry’s presentation, she will share her story about her journey
to feel “enough.” Despite accumulating myriad accolades, throughout
most of her life, Kerry still felt burdened by self-doubt.
Realizing that her life was confined to an endless ladder climb,
she began to explore fundamental tools used to build resilience and
contentment in everyday life. Through her international travel,
trauma studies, and individual mindfulness practice, she became an
avid believer that each of us already has the ability to cultivate
calm in chaos. Besides telling her story, she will invite the class
to partake in a few mindfulness exercises guaranteed to reduce
stress.
