Summer Housing

Summer Housing is available for St. John’s students who are registered for summer classes.

You must submit your Summer Housing Request for Summer Session I by 4 p.m. on Monday, May 1, 2017, and for Summer Session II by 4 p.m. on Monday, June 12, 2017.

Pre-Session

Check-in: Monday, May 15, 2017, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.Class Dates: Monday, May 15 to Thursday, May 25, 2017
Check-out: Friday, May 26, 2017, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Rates: Donovan Hall
Triple Occupancy: $540
Quad Occupany: $520

Summer Session I

Check-in: Tuesday, May 30, 2017, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.Class Dates: Tuesday, May 30 to Thursday, June 29, 2017
Check-out: Friday, June 30, 2017, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.Rates: Henley Complex
Double Occupancy: $1775

Summer Session II

Check-in: Wednesday July, 5 2017, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.Class Dates: Wednesday July 5 to Tuesday August 8, 2017
Check-out: Thursday, August 9, 2017, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.Rates: Henley Complex
Double Occupancy: $1775

Please Note:

  • We do not provide housing for Post Session classes.
  • There will be an additional housing charge applied to your account to reside on campus prior to the start of Summer Session I.
  • You must pay a $200 deposit to Student Financial Services.
  • You must be officially enrolled as a summer student and registered for 3 or more credits per session to be eligible for summer housing (this does not pertain to online/distance learning classes).
  • Your bill must be paid prior to check-in day for each summer housing session.
  • If you do not check in 3 days after your first summer class begins or provide written notification that your arrival date has changed, your housing assignment will be canceled.

How To Apply

To apply for Summer Housing, please complete the Summer Housing Request Form. Remember you must pay $200 deposit.
