Leadership Development

Developing leadership skills and giving back to the community are essential components to the educational experience, and these experiences can lead to greater personal enrichment and academic success.

Leadership Development supplements the University mission by providing programs and service opportunities that assist and enhance personal growth, decision-making, civic responsibility, and leadership advancement and training.

Our leadership trainings are provided in the Vincentian tradition and include leadership workshops, certificate programs, Leadership Speakers, the annual Student Leadership Conference and Women In Leadership Program, and customized workshops for student organizations. Highly skilled administrators and faculty facilitate these workshops and also serve as networking resources for our students.

Leadership Development is comprised of:
•    L.E.A.D. Student Leadership Program
•    Women In Leadership Program
•    Leadership Workshops
•    Co-Curricular Transcript
•    The National Society of Leadership and Success
•    Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society
•    Don’t Cancel That Class (DCTC)
