Troubleshooting Your StormCard

Always make sure that your StormCard is clean and not damaged. It is very important not to put any stickers or labels on your card as they might come off while in a card reader and damage the reader. Please do not punch holes into the card. Doing so will damage the card and you will be charged a replacement fee.

If a card reader (i.e., copy machine, printer or vending machine) cannot read your card, wait a few seconds, wipe the stripe on your card and try again. If it still does not work, try another reader. This will help determine if there is a problem with your card or just that specific reader. If you need to come to the StormCard Office because of a problem with your card, please be as detailed as possible when describing the problem. This will help us to better assist you.
