Student Advisement Reports are available for all undergraduate
degree programs, for the JD program in the School of Law, and
for many graduate programs. Coding is ongoing, so reports will
become available for other programs as they are coded. Recently
added are reports for all graduate programs in the School of
Education and the College of Pharmacy and Allied Health
Professions.
Remember, information on advisement reports is "real time"
-- entirely accurate as of the point in time the report is run. If
a student record is changed after a report is run, a new report
will reflect that change

the "What-if
Analysis" option.
About the G.P.A.
In the first section of the report, both the overall G.P.A. and the
program G.P.A. are based on all courses taken.
All other G.P.A.'s are calculated based solely on the grades
shown in the area. All G.P.A.s on Student Advisement Reports are
unofficial.
Grades that appear in the "Courses Not Used" area at the bottom
of the report may calculate into the overall G.P.A., the major
G.P.A. and the honors G.P.A.
The Structure of Your Advisement
Report
When you review your Student Advisement Report, you'll notice that
the letters "H", "R" and "T" appear any number of times under the
column headed "source" (on the far-right margin of the report). The
letters represent the following terms:
- "H" = "History" (a completed course)
- "R" = "Registered" (a course for which the student has
registered, or a course without a grade)
- "T" = "Transfer" (a course for which the student has received
transfer credit)
When you print your report, select "landscape orientation" to
see all available fields.
Checking Your Degree
Requirements
Please note that degree requirements for any given program may
remain the same or may change from Fall semester to Fall semester.
Changes may be minor or significant. As changes are coded, the
advisement report will automatically take any changes into
account.
Students can find the effective date of their degree
requirements by checking their "Catalog Term," which is
located in the top center area of the "Detail Requirements" version
of the advisement report.
