What is St. John’s UIS (University Information System)?
Your one-stop resource for secure, personalized, access to critical information about your personal academic and financial aid information at St. John’s University.

Due to federal privacy regulations, parents do not have direct access to student records but they may wish to discuss the opportunity to view and use the various on-line options available to students via UIS.

We encourage all students to monitor their UIS accounts on a regular basis to insure that they are aware of any and all request for information and changes to their student account or financial aid record.

Log on to St. John’s UIS?

Note:  Your User ID is your St. John’s ID number (i.e., “X” number provided on the acceptance letter sent by Admissions or on your Financial Aid Award Letter).  Please have your PIN handy.

Make a Payment Online

  • Once in UIS, go to "Student Services & Financial Aid"
  • Click on "Registration"
  • Scroll down and click on "View Term Bill"
  • Click on "Submit Term" and select the term you are paying 
  • Select "Make A Payment" You will be brought over to the Student Account Suite to finalize your payment.

View Your Award Letter Online

  • Once in UIS, click on “Financial Aid”
  • Click on “My Award Information”.
  • Click on “Award by Aid Year”.
  • Select Aid Year if required
  • Click on “Award Overview”.

Accept or Decline Federal Student Loans Online

  • Once on “My Award Information”.
  • Click on Accept Award Offer tab
  • Follow the on screen instructions to fully accept, partially accept or decline your loan awards.

Download Required Financial Aid Forms

  • Once in UIS, click on “Financial Aid”.
  • Click on “My Eligibility”.
  • Click on “Student Requirements”.
  • Select the 2013-2014 Academic Year.

View Messages from Student Financial Services

  • Once in UIS, click on “Financial Aid”.
  • Click on “My Overall Status of Financial Aid”.
  • Select the 2013-2014 Academic Year.
  • Click on “Messages”.
