Register
You will want to register with MonsterTRAK to be able to upload your resume and give the Career Center the ability to contact you through e-mail with important career and job information and events.
- Click here to access MonsterTRAK.
- If you are off campus, enter the college password - please contact the Career Center for the password.
- Complete the contact information as completely and accurately as possible.
- You will be asked to create your own user name and password (make a note of it).
Post Your Resume
You will want to upload your resume into MonsterTRAK to have the ability to e-mail it to companies whose jobs you are interested in through MonsterTRAK and for access to InterviewTRAK, our On Campus Recruiting Program.
- Log in to MonsterTRAK using your user name and password.
- Click Resumes
- Under "Upload The Following" click Resume - follow instructions to upload your resume. Be sure to name it something you will remember do not create a resume using 'text editor' or templates.
- When you browse for your file make sure that 'All Files' appears next to 'Files of type'.
- Review Resume Search Status and select the option of your choice. If you don't make a selection, it will default to the first option.
Network With Alumni
Network through the COACH (Count on Alumni for Career Help) Program. This is where you can receive career guidance from SJU alumni and other individuals in a variety of career fields.
- Log in to MonsterTRAK using your user name and password.
- Click COACH - this brings you to the Career Contact and Alumni Network in MonsterTRAK
- Click Search.
- Choose your criteria and then click Search at bottom of page.
Note: It is recommended that you keep all criteria open rather than narrowing down your selection.
- Click on arrow in left column to view profile of COACH.
- Contact this COACH by the method of communication they have chosen.

View Jobs
This is where you would look for part-time jobs, internships and full-time jobs that are available immediately.
- Go to MonsterTRAK.
- Click Students/Alumni.
- If you are a new user, click on New York within the map of the US.
- Select St. John's University
- If you are off campus, contact the Career Center for the college password.
- If you are a returning user, enter your user name and password beneath the map and you will be taken directly to your account.
- Click on Jobs and Internships.
