On-line resources can be used for industry exploration, company
research, networking and identifying job leads. Again, the
web is only one source to a job search strategy, but it's an
important one. Today, most employers maintain a website, and
many advertise internal job opportunities on their site. With
this in mind, you should regularly monitor the sites of companies
you would ideally like to work for.
