personality and skills. Understand how and why they may have
changed over time, and make decisions that reflect those

- Tell everyone you are graduating and looking for employment

Fine tune your resume and what you have to offer
employers.
- Continue to participate in internships and part time jobs to
build your marketable skills and experience
- Consider participating in Discover the World or a semester
abroad.
Job Search
An investment of your time and energy will be necessary to
conduct an effective job search. Be patient, yet productive in
your search.
- Participate in Campus Recruiting Program
- Attend all applicable Career Expos and Fairs, employer panels
and presentations
- Send resumes and cover letters to prospective employers and set
up interviews on your own
- Attend a Dining Etiquette Seminar
