committed to protecting the privacy of your personal

The St. John’s University Career Services contracts with
Symplicity Corporation and the NACElink Network to provide St.
John’s University students with STJ CareerLink.
Students/alumni profile data and resumes will reside on NACElink
Network servers which are hosted by Symplicity Corporation.
Through STJ CareerLink, available via St. John’s Central, students
and registered alumni can post resumes, view and apply for jobs,
and schedule on-campus interviews
Students/alumni data may be used in reports developed for
internal institutional studies. The information in a
candidate’s profile is used by University Career Services for
job-search advising, promoting programs and services, notifying
candidates of employment opportunities, and referring qualified
candidates to employers.
Only your primary resume is viewable in the resume database
available to employers who specifically recruit at St. John’s
University. If you do not want these employers to view your
resume from this search, change the selection to “no” next to the
question “Include in Resume Books” under the privacy tab.
Jobs posted on the NACElink system may or may not be reviewed
before posting. Site users are urged to validate job postings and
use caution and common sense when applying. Do not disclose social
security numbers, credit card information, or bank account numbers
to unknown employers.
