The Campus Recruiting Program is a great
opportunity for your organization to tap into the pool of educated,
bright and aggressive individuals from St. John's University
preparing to establish or renew their careers. Participating
employers may interview graduating students at the university
campuses or off campus in their own offices.
The Campus Recruiting Program at St.
John's University is managed through InterviewTRAK and powered by
MonsterTRAK. This system allows students access to your job
opportunities 24 hours a day.
Getting Involved
Contact the Career Center at the campus of
your choice to schedule a recruitment date. The Career Center will
reserve a room(s) for you and enter your company information and
job title(s) into InterviewTRAK.
InterviewTRAK allows you to self-manage
your entire schedule, or the Career Center staff will be happy to
assist you with the process.

Adding a Job
Description
- Click here
to access the InterviewTRAK Employer Login.
- Enter your phone number and password
(last four digits of your phone number).
- Click Step 1 - Enter Jobs to add or
modify your job description.
- Select the appropriate job title that
you would like to edit, click Edit the Selected Description, add or
change whatever you would like, scroll to bottom of page and click
Preview.
- Review the listing and then click
Approve and Submit.
- Please be sure to check in Step 3 for
important dates, especially the pre-selection deadline(s), you may
want to print this for your records.
Resume Submission
The deadline for students to submit their
resumes is 21 days prior to your interview date. At that time,
you will receive an e-mail from MonsterTRAK indicating that your
resumes are ready for download. Please review the resumes,
decide who you would like to interview and follow these
steps

students to know they have been chosen by you.
