Campus Recruiting

The Campus Recruiting Program is a great opportunity for your organization to tap into the pool of educated, bright and aggressive individuals from St. John's University preparing to establish or renew their careers. Participating employers may interview graduating students at the university campuses or off campus in their own offices.

The Campus Recruiting Program at St. John's University is managed through St. John's CareerLink (NACElink), powered by Symplicity. This system allows students access to your job opportunities 24 hours a day.

Getting Involved

St. John's CareerLink allows you to self-manage your entire schedule, or the Career Center staff will be happy to assist you with the process.

Self-Manage Your Recruiting Schedule

First-time Users:
(to recieve a St. John's CareerLink username and password)

  • Click here to access the St. John's CareerLink Employer Login.
  • Select the "Register" tab and complete the information (be sure to select 'On-Campus Recruiting" services).
  • Once registration is complete, an e-mail will be sent to the address defined with a username and password.  Then follow the directions below:

To Register to Participate in On Campus Recruiting:
(if you already have a St. John's CareerLink username and password)

  • Click here to access the St. John's CareerLink Employer Login.
  • Login with your Username and Password.
  • Select the "On-Campus Recruiting OCR" tab.
  • Click on sub-tab "Schedules" and select "Request a Schedule."
  • Complete all of the fields.  Be sure to select a "Pre-select to Alternate" schedule to ensure you have a full interview schedule.
  • Select your desired interview date which will be confirmed via telephone and/or e-mail.
  • Select "positions recruited" to upload job description(s).  To reactivate a position previously uploaded select the position in the drop down menu under the "copy position" tab.  This step can be repeated if you have multiple positions.  Be sure to check that all information is up-to-date and CORRECT!
  • You will recieve a confirmation e-mail once the position(s) have been approved along with detailed instructions and deadline dates.
