Judge rejects bid to block pa. voter ID law

University School of Law in New York City, said the judge failed to
recognize what Nelson called the immediate harm of enforcing the
new ID requirement with the presidential election now just 83 days
away.
"Instead, the court places great faith in a political process that

said.
