There’s nothing quite like the excitement of thoroughbred racing
on a hot summer afternoon. And at St. John’s University’s Brunch at
Belmont, nearly 200 alumni and friends got to enjoy just that.

Held at the exclusive Turf and Field Club, guests placed their
wagers at an indoor/outdoor private area and betting window,
reminiscing with old friends and classmates and sharing a delicious
meal. Alumni even had the opportunity to gather in the winner’s
circle and meet one of the winning jockeys, holding up a St. John’s
banner to show their pride!
