Happy Hour attendees were treated to appetizers and drink specials in a relaxing, casual atmosphere. They also heard the musical stylings of guitar player and singer Fred Maloney '10TCB, who entertained the crowd with his diverse repertoire including hits from Neil Young, Rihanna and Michael Jackson.

One of the ongoing monthly Young Alumni Happy Hours, this event was planned to draw out young alumni working on Long Island and to supplement traditional Manhattan venues.

“The inclement weather did not ‘rain on our parade,’” joked Andrea T. Papa '88SVC, Associate Director, Student Engagement and Regional Programs in the Office of Alumni Relations. “We look forward to the continued success of our monthly happy hours next month featuring Viva Tequila at the Village Pourhouse on August 20.”

Elisa Douglas '05C Assistant Director, Student Engagement and Regional Programs in the Office of Alumni Relations, agreed with Papa. “We are excited and eager to have these Young Alumni Happy Hours and will continue to strive to give young alumni what they want.”
