Corporate and Securities Law Society

The Corporate and Securities Law Society at St. John's School of Law is an organization devoted to the field of transactional and securities law. The Society supplements the traditional law school curriculum through a variety of extracurricular events that educate and inform students interested in these fields. The Society holds regular general body meetings, teaches Securities 101 seminars, hosts symposiums and panel discussions. Furthermore, the Society aims to connect students with attorneys at law firms, corporations and regulatory agencies by hosting networking and social events such as the biannual Business Association's Alumni Cocktail Event, in which students are given the opportunity to interact with alumni in these fields of law.
