Members of the community are able to identify and select their food items of choice. Those in need can select clothing items as well as food every Thursday morning. Tasks Available for StudentsFood Pantry Stand behind counters and assist patrons with their selection choices On average, the food pantry serves approximately 250 patrons a weekTime Requirements Thursday 8:30am – 12 pm FOOD Pantry distribution – volunteers must stay for entire shift. (maximum 2-3 students) Wednesday 4:30pm – 7:30pm – the Food pantry receives food from Costco and local bakeries. Need assistance setting up food for the next day’s openings. (maximum 3-5 students)

Food Distribution is situated behind school. Walk up stairs.Public Transportation Take the Q46 Bus from Union Tpke and Utopia Pkwy station heading to Kew Gardens. Get off at Queens Blvd and 78. Start out going West on Queens Blvd towards 78th Ave. Turn left onto 78th Ave and take the Q60 Bus from 78 Av station heading to East Midtown, Manhattan. Start out going South on 70th St towards Queens Blvd. Turn left onto 48th Ave.
