Future Goals

Some of my goals include traveling to as many places in the world as I can and leaving an impact everywhere I go; whether it be helping humanity, wildlife or the environment. After college I am interested in joining the Peace Corps. I want to have an occupation which allows me to be passionate and do what I love doing the most: help others and better the world.

What makes the Ozanam Scholars Unique?

It is unique being that it focuses on community service as well as education and academics. This program also allows young people to work together in bettering this world. We are given the opportunity to travel outside of our comfort zone. Without this program, I would have never had the opportunity, or resources to do such. We are also given the opportunity to develop an independent project later on in the program which I am looking forward to. The scholars themselves make the program especially unique. Each scholar has a rich history of service and an underlying passion for service.
