Who will be involved from St.
John's University?
Participants from St. John’s were selected for the VMI program
based on their demonstrated commitment to the Catholic and Vincentian mission,
broad-based leadership experience and expertise at the University,
and desire to continue to develop professionally in the area of
mission.
Rev.
James J. Maher, C.M., Executive Vice President for Mission and
Student Services, will oversee the St. John’s cohort and serve as
guest lecturer throughout the two-year program. Lucy Pesce,
Executive Director for Mission, will serve as the on-site Logistics
Coordinator, as well as participate in the program with nine (9)
other St. John’s University administrators and faculty members.
Joseph Tufano, Vice President and Chief Information Officer,
Information Technology, and Maura Woods, Associate Vice President,
will oversee the classroom technology portion of the program.
