Time: Team Check-In begins at 8:45am;
service work is typically completed by 3pm.
Location: Team Check-In will be held in
the lobby of Carnasecca Arena (please bring your StormCard);
service sites are located in nearby driving distance of the Queens
Campus. Sites are assigned when Team Registration Forms are
completed and submitted by the Team Leader.
Clothing: Comfortable clothing should be
worn based on the type of volunteer service (painting a classroom
vs. visiting residents in the local nursing room). University
Service Day t-shirts will be provided to all new volunteers on the
day of the event. Past volunteers are encouraged to wear their own
University Service Day t-shirts ... grass stains, paint drops,
memories and all!
