The “Three Things Talks” is a series which addresses issues of Catholic belief and teaching. The talks are primarily intended for adult Catholics who want to know more about their faith, and also for those who are interested in what Catholics believe. All are welcome, including family and friends, and fellow parishioners.

Each year the Department of Theology and Religious Studies of St. John’s University, Jamaica, Queens sponsors a series of talks for the People of God in the surrounding Dioceses of Brooklyn and Rockville Center. Entitled the “Three Things Catholics Should Know Series,” these presentations seek to foster catechesis and continuing education among Catholics and other interested people. This year we are pleased to announce the following topics and presenters for Fall 2011.
