The “Evening Reflection” is intended to be a simple but adult presentation on an element of the Christian faith.  The theme treated will receive a careful exposition which will be informative but the intent is to lead to deeper reflection and prayer.  At the gathering, there will be an opportunity for questions and discussion after the talk and a brief break.

During this “Year for Priests,” the Evening Reflection will be particularly attentive to themes which surround ministry and the particular context will be the Scriptures.

The next two lectures will have the themes of “The Prodigal Family: Forgiveness” and “Meals in Luke: Lessons on Eucharist.”  These themes also involve dealing with the Gospel of Luke since this is the liturgical year dealing with Luke in the Sunday readings.

Evening Reflection Schedule: The “Evening Reflection” is a simple but adult presentation on an element of the Christian faith, specifically focusing on Scripture.
