To email your class you must first be logged into your St. Johns
Central faculty account.
- Click the "My Courses" tab.
- Click the course title you want to email.
- Click the "Email Class" link to email students.
- From the available names, select two or more students by
clicking their names while holding down the control key (PC) or the
command key (Mac).
- When the necessary names are selected, click the right-arrow
button to populate the "Email Recipients" list box. Clicking the
"All" buttons will move all available names into the opposite
list.
- When the "Email Recipients" list box is populated with the
desired student names, click the "Compose" button to compose the
message to be sent.
- If you would like to save a copy of your email to your class
you will need to click on the “Save copy to the ‘Sent’ folder”
check box before you send your email.
- Click the "Send" button to send your email.
- A confirmation window will pop up telling your who you sent the
email to. Click "OK" to close this window.
