Email Your Class

To email your class you must first be logged into your St. Johns Central faculty account.

  • Click the "My Courses" tab.
  • Click the course title you want to email.
  • Click the "Email Class" link to email students.
  • From the available names, select two or more students by clicking their names while holding down the control key (PC) or the command key (Mac).
  • When the necessary names are selected, click the right-arrow button to populate the "Email Recipients" list box. Clicking the "All" buttons will move all available names into the opposite list.
  • When the "Email Recipients" list box is populated with the desired student names, click the "Compose" button to compose the message to be sent.
  • If you would like to save a copy of your email to your class you will need to click on the “Save copy to the ‘Sent’ folder” check box before you send your email.
  • Click the "Send" button to send your email.
  • A confirmation window will pop up telling your who you sent the email to. Click "OK" to close this window.
