Personal Signature

Using Outlook Web Access:

  • Click the "Shortcuts" button and then click the "Options" icon.
  • Scroll down until you see the "Signature" section.
  • Click the "Edit" button under the "Signature" section.
  • Type how you want your signature to appear and then click the "Save" button.
  • Scroll up till you reach the top and click the "Save and Close" button.
