Work with Contacts

Using OWA:

  • Click the "Contacts" icon.
  • Click the "New" button on the toolbar.
  • Enter the contact information.
  • Click the "Save" button then the "Close" button.
  • Click the contact you want to send a message to.
  • On the toolbar, click the "Send mail to contact" button.
  • Compose your message and click "Send".

Using Lite:

  • Click "Shortcuts" and then click "Contacts".
  • Click the down arrow next to the "New" button and click on "Contact".
  • Enter your contact information. Click "Save and Close" when complete.
  • Double click "Detailed Address Cards" to see the contact you have just created.
  • Double click a contact to send a message.
  • On the toolbar, click the "Send mail to contact" button.
  • Compose your message and click "Send".
